Vintage Country French Fruitwood Upholstered Wingback Chair

This is a vintage Country French wingback chair possibly attributed to Baker Furniture, featuring a warm fruitwood frame, gracefully curved wings and arms, brass nailhead trim, and neutral patterned upholstery with navy accents. Its tall, enveloping back and loose seat cushion create a comfortable and elegant library or accent chair.

Solid and sturdy, with upholstery spotting and significant finish wear and wood loss at both arm fronts, as pictured. No maker’s label was found; attribution is based on identical documented Baker examples.
