This is a stunning pair of antique 19th-century American Sheraton/Federal style side chairs featuring warm wood frames, broad curved tablet backs, turned front legs and decorative stretchers, and traditional hand-woven rush seats. Beautiful aged patina and honest wear throughout give the pair excellent primitive country character.

Both chairs remain sturdy with age-related finish wear and imperfections. Rush seats show some wear/loosening consistent with age, as pictured.
