This is a vintage Hemingray No. 42, CD 154 double-petticoat glass insulator, produced in the United States between approximately 1921 and the 1950s.
It features rich aqua-blue glass, threaded interior, embossed “HEMINGRAY-42” and “MADE IN U.S.A.” markings, and a complete ring of molded drip points around the base. Visible mold seams, bubbles, and subtle glass variations are original manufacturing characteristics. Good vintage condition with light surface wear and small edge nicks from utility use.
