This is a gorgeous vintage, possibly antique, Chinese Ming style elm side chair, occasional chair, accent chair, or wedding chair.

Features a sculptural open back, carved floral crest panel, butterfly-form pierce cutout, and decorative front stretcher centered by an interlocking coin motif. Warm honey-brown finish with nicely figured wood grain, shaped arms, and bold scroll details throughout.

Solid and sturdy, with only minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with age.
