This is a pair of vintage Duncan Phyfe Regency style mahogany dining chairs featuring pierced Chippendale-style splat backs, carved floral crest rails, gently curved legs, and upholstered needlepoint-style floral seats.

Made by Associated Factories, Inc. of Chicago, likely during the 1940s–1950s.

Both chairs remain sturdy and present well, with scattered finish wear, scratches, and minor upholstery discoloration consistent with age.
