We use private, professional freight shippers who blanket wrap and deliver to your home or business. They will call or text you directly to set up delivery and keep you updated!

While this is very rare, if it does happen, we will always make it right by either processing a full refund, or by having it repaired locally to you on our dime. We vet our shippers and work with ones who have a strong reputation of quality work.

Yes, absolutely! We will base it on your location and the size of the items you purchase, but we can typically offer a break on shipping if you purchase more than one item, and if all items are going to the same location.

Absolutely! Just let us know the earliest date that you can accept it, and we will ensure it arrives after that date.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all items.

Freight shipping typically takes 1-4 weeks depending on both our shippers' routes and your location.

We understand! What we can tell you is that we have done this every day for about 7 years, and that we 100% stand by our products, always making it right in the rare instance that something goes wrong.

We are open to international shipping, but so far, no customer has been willing to pay the necessary shipping costs.

You can absolutely come pick up the items yourself, just let us know that's the case before check out so that you are not charged for shipping! We are a warehouse that ships out and are not set up for browsing, but if you message a few days ahead of time, we can pull the pieces you are interested in for viewing!

We do not do consignment. We are open to purchasing, but it really only makes sense if you are in the Kansas City area or are willing to cover the shipping costs.
